Spring has sprung in Central Texas and New Braunfels, TX’ new master planned community is ready for you to Jump In. From our award‑winning builders new home starts to our approved Sector 2 plan, exciting developments are underway. NEW HOME STARTS FROM AWARD‑WINNING BUILDERS
Our award‑winning builders, Pulte Homes, Scott Felder Homes, David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, and Perry Homes have been busy getting ready for the grand opening of Veramendi. Pulte Homes has begun going vertical on multiple homes and will have a model ready for you to walk through in early June and the other builders won’t be far behind! Come out on‑site to see what’s taking shape and view our new developments to see more of what’s taking shape at Veramendi.
VERAMENDI PREVIEW EVENTS
We are excited to announce that Veramendi’s Preview events will take place May 30 – June 1. The festivities will kick off with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. This event is open to the public and we invite everyone to come celebrate this important milestone with us out on‑site across from Veramendi Elementary. That evening, Veramendi will host an Industry Mixer event for realtors interested in meeting our award‑winning builders. The week’s events will culminate in our Block Party celebration on June 1 from 11:00 a.m. – 3 p.m., again, across from Veramendi Elementary. It will include a variety of local food trucks, vendors, games and activities for the family, and live music! RSVP and come out to see us!
SECTOR 2 COMMERCIAL PLAN APPROVED
We’re also delighted to share our Sector 2 Plan has been approved that includes the future site of Christus Santa Rosa Medical Center, Howard Payne University’s campus, and a portion of Veramendi’s commercial development. We anticipate this new section of Veramendi helping to generate an additional $1.3 million annually in gross sales tax receipts for New Braunfels, and close to 10,000 jobs in the San Antonio‑New Braunfels metropolitan area.
LOOP 337 ACCESS TO BORCHERS TO OPEN IN APRIL
The city of New Braunfels, TX along with TxDOT has opened the much‑awaited expansion of Loop 337 with access to Borchers Blvd! The highway improvement takes Loop 337 from two lanes to four lanes from River Road to Hwy 46 all along Veramendi.
