Located in Main Plaza at 148 South Castell Ave, New Braunfels, TX 78130, the Valentine’s Market offers a unique opportunity to shop local handmade, artisan and one‑of‑a‑kind gifts for your sweetheart. The market is open February 1‑2, 8‑9, and on February 14 for last minute shoppers. Market hours are from 5:00pm – 9:00pm in Krause’s Pavilion.
STAY FIT AND HAVE FUND WITH YOUR VALENTINE
Grab your sweetheart, friend or furry loved one and dress up as your favorite duo to get some exercise at the Love the Run You’re With 5K presented by Comal Fit on Saturday, February 9, at 9:00am. The event takes place in beautiful Landa Park, starting at Pavilion 4. Awards for the top three males and females in multiple age groups will be given! Plus, a prize for best costume.
Don’t want to get up early for a run/walk? Head to the Get Up and Glow 5K, February 9, 2019 at 5:30 PM presented by the Athlete Guild, LLC. This event takes place at Cross Lutheran Church and School and is a chip‑timed 5k Run/Walk, a Kid’s 1k and features jubilant music, food truck(s) and inflatables for the kids. The event directly benefits students at Cross Lutheran.
LIVE MUSIC, BRUNCH, DINNER AND MORE WITH YOUR SWEETHEART
Sunday, February 10, enjoy a Sweethearts’ Gospel Brunch with a Texas Twist at Gruene Hall, Texas’ Oldest Dance Hall or enjoy anyone of the free and ticketed country music shows throughout the week. What’s more romantic than a fireside dinner? Krause’s Cafe and Biergarten will host the restaurant’s first Fireside Lamb & Wine Dinner on Monday, February 11, 7:00pm – 9:00pm. This four‑course pairing includes dishes like the Monkfish “Pozole” and Grilled Chicory & Beef Salad with select wines from Seguin‑based winery, Copper Star Cellars. Bring your beer lover to OffRhodes Craft Beer Station on February 14 from 5:00pm‑10:00pm to celebrate the day of love with a stout centric draft board and chocolate dipped strawberries. Or bring your special someone to The River House for the Annual Valentine’s Day Dinner for a “one night only” four‑course dinner menu. Reservations recommended.
LAUGH WITH YOUR LOVE ON VALENTINE’S DAY
In honor of Valentine’s week, Sylver Spoon Dinner Theater is hosting several special events. Tuesday, February 12, laugh out loud at a special comedy night, Love You – A Couples Comedy power hour featuring #couplegoals award‑winning comics, A.J. Garces and Tram Trinh. Seating is limited to just 30 guests and dining before the show is available. And on February 14, indulge in a four‑course dinner, with optional wine pairings and entertainment with The Newlywed Game at 7pm. And even better, childcare is available on‑site! $8/hour per family!

This toe‑tapping musical is based on the 80s movie and follows the storyline of three unlikely friends that take control of their office and their lives.
